94 SE 4WD. Replacing rotors on front. Torqued lock nut to 65 lbs with OTC 7698, then loosened, spun disc, tightened to 1.5 lbs. Passenger side 4WD lock hub will not seat fully on flange, appears the spindle shaft is protruding excessively from the rotor mounted flange. Been there done that?

Found my problem. The snap ring on the axle shaft was put on out of order. Curious I could bolt everything up on the driver side tho. That's why we're called Newbies.
