When im gearing down to stop my rpms sometimes dips below 200 causing my car almost to stall out. It doesnt do when i slow in neutral, only when i have the clutch pressed down. what the heck is going on.

idle 2 low

Check your idle. The idle screw is on the left side of the intake manifold, you need a flat head screwdriver. You want to turn the screw to the left.

( Step 1-
Turn the car on and let it get warm.
Next, rev the car above 2 grand for one minute.
Step 2-
Turn the car off and take off the ( TPS valve senser )
start the car and rev the car 3 times over 3 grand,
then turn the screw to the left to up the idle.
Step 3-
Plug in the senser and take her for a spin

( the senser is on the throttle body the color of the should be brown )

good luck !!!

my brother's 93 XE does the same thing. But the car has no tach. How close to 2000 and 3000 do you have to be?? Is it really that critical.

2 up-chuck

Up-chuck check the manual, but it should be around 750 to 850.
On the cord check to see if it is sticking.
