I swear I searched for an hour +, please forgive me if this has been answered already!

I'm working on a 93 Pathfinder V6 4WD for a friend of mine. Other friends of hers (who know little about cars) ripped the alternator off and I'm trying to get it wired back up. There's three wires coming out of the harness which I assume all go to the alternator - one that plugs into the side of the alternator, and two with the ring-shaped terminals. One, with white insulation and a red rubber cover, clearly goes on the battery terminal, but there's another one with black insulation and no cover with no obvious place to connect.

Additionally, there's a condensor which apparently was connected to the alternator, they don't know how. Any ideas how to hook all this stuff up?

Thanks in advance for your help!

IIRC the black wire attaches to the same screw as the condenser, it eliminates radio whine. Pick a screw on the back of the alternator body and go with it.
