Well for about 6 months now, I've always wondered why my sub didn't hit hard. It pissed me off for quite a while but always had my priorties elsewhere on things to fix..
Today I picked up 20 feet of 8 gauge wire.
I ran it to my amplifier and added on to the already 10 gauge wire. So I had both of them running to it. Upgraded the ground the same way and changed my speaker wire to my sub to 10 gauge.
Well needless to say, my sub hits crazy hard now ,well as best as a ultra excursion Audiobahn, (which isn't much). But I must say it hits a hell of a lot harder...
Now since all my lights are dimming I move to the big three.
Just figured I would share
