That's condensation NOT any fluid related to the A/C. The A/C is NOT leaking. The air must be pretty humid where you live and the cold air from the A/C is making the humid are condense. I'm not sure what you can do about it but don't try to reseal any pipes.

The only thing that runs through an A/C system is Freon, which is a gas. Clogged pipes would probably be the cause of a malfunctioning A/C

The heater core would dump coolent into the car. If the "water" has a sweet smell then it's coolent.

Not sure but it requires taking out a big portion of the dash then refilling the coolent
