From what I've heard, the Lucino has different mounting points for the exterior panels (specifically bumpers). As far as the instrument cluster goes, why would you want to use the one out of the Lucino? The '98 200SX already came with white-face gauges. The headlights will probably transfer with modification (I believe the Lucino uses H4 bulbs instead of 9007). So you'd have to do some splicing to get the headlights to wire up correctly. The steering wheel? I'm not sure...I don't see why not though. The only thing I'd be concerned about would be if the airbag would still be functional. If you find out about it, I'd love to hear because I like the Lucino's steering wheel too.

the seats are interchangable, the cluster is too (though it will read in Km/h). I could have sworn the bumper would work easily. The lights work but there is some modification.
Just remember, the drivers seat in the lucino is on the right so either you'll be reaching for the seat adjustment on the opposite side or you'll be sitting in what was meant to be the pasanger seat (probably no difference).
