still need help!

okay i need a for answer on this: i was goin down the highway at about 80mph, and when i got off the interstate and checked my car, one of fronttires werer separating like it was scraping against something. it was a brand new tire thats why i want to know what this could be. could this have something to with the dust shield scraping the rotor and the wheel bearings? some one let me know so i can get this fixed. this my second tire ive had to replace because of this problem.

The dust shields can't come in contact with the tires, so how the hell is that supposed to be his problem? There's something else in the wheel well that's cutting into your tire. Take the wheel off and see if you can find it. It could be as simple as a screw. Sometimes when morons install car alarms or other things in the engine compartment, they just shoot sheet metal screws through wherever they feel like it and then things like this happen.
