Perhaps the fuel is draining out of the rail and back to the tank so it takes some time to pump it up and fire off ? Does it sputter once it starts ?motorhead said:

My brother's 95 sentra cranks for awhile before it starts up, if it sits more than 8 hours the harder it is to get it started. Just recently it has gotten harder to start. Any ideas out there? please help. turns over just fine.
