Hi, I don't know much about the oils for this but I would also check the hydraulic part of the clutch.
Mostly, does it leak? If not, you may want to try bleeding the cylinder to make sure there is no air in them. You may want to just do a complete fluid change on that. Also how is the play on the clutch. Either of these can affect this problem.
On the 92 I drive, the clutch slave cylinder was leaking, got that replaced and then the master cylinder went. I just figure they were probably both original, and fairly old, lots of us and the slave went first and then when it got fixed, the added pressure finished off the master.
I'm not saying this is your problem, just something to check into.
