Noticed for Europe the Rogue, called the XTrail there, gets quite a nice infotainment:

Nope. USA gets 9” screen and EU gets a 12.3” screen

Seems to be the exact same slot size opening in the dash, no change there, but don't see it for sale as a part anywhere. Will keep updated if I find anything.

Alternatively, anyone know if the 9" smaller unit is a direct swap to lower trims?

You'll have to check on connectors to main harness and if the other CPU's in the US Rogue can communicate with the EU unit. I am guessing it won't work as they have DAB broadcasting as compared to our older AM/FM
