None of the electrical functions, except heat, are working on my front driver side power seat. I do not see a possible fuse location in the fuse panel. Where is the fuse or how do I get the seat to start working?

If you look at your owner's manual you will find the fuse diagrams. I would double check the connector for your seat motor. Keep in my mind in addition to wiring for the heater there is also wiring for the SRS system. Make sure the key is not in the ignition when you are working on wiring and its good practice to disconnect your battery. Could well be your seat control switch is faulty, or something physical is blocking its movement. Good luck. Let us know what you find. Sadly most current gen Rogue owners rarely share any information about repairing them. I guess most are still under warranty so few people have worked on their own.
