Does the 2001 PF LE 4WD have a Timing Belt or Timing Chain. If it is a Belt when should it be changed? I have 114k miles on the clock. Thanks

If your model is a 3.5l it has a chain, reccomended to change @160,000km

Yes yours has a timing chain, 160,000km is way to short for a timing chain, that sounds more like the spec on the VG33 timing belt. Generally you don't replace a timing chain because if it ever goes the vehicle will have such high mileage it wont be worth fixing...I don't think I have ever heard of anyone changing a timing chain.
