1995 Nissan Maxima won’t start

Did you turn off the car and now it won't turn on or did it turn off by itself, initially? I would look at the battery terminal connections to make sure they are tight and check the fusible links to make sure one of them didn't blow. If a fusible link did blow, one would have to assume that there's excessive resistance or a short in its circuit. Sitting for long periods of time is never good for a vehicle and a number of things can occur, from rodents chewing through wiring to parts going bad from lack of use, corrosion, etc.
