jack the frt end up, with the tires off the ground take a pry bar and use it to lift the tire up and down, have someone watch the frt suspension on that side while doing this.

upper BJs are easy to replace, remove frt tire, remove castle nut on bj, take BFH and hit knuckle to free it from bj, 4 bolts hold in bj, and replace.
