I have been reading a lot on these forums and I can tell intake manifolds seem to cause a lot of problems. I just got done doing a headgasket on this car, and it will start up and run, but very rough, and will die. When the engine is running it sounds like there is an air leak (hissing) So I will try the carb cleaner trick.

Are there any hoses or any other idle sensors to check before tearing apart the intake?
