I have 2 rebuilt pulsars and I’m looking to turbocharge one of them, I rebuilt the engine it’s a C16i with the doughnut style air filer any suggestions?

I think you mean, "E16i," which was the base engine and had the round air filter. The Pulsar NX/SE had the CA18DE with the panel air filter. Nissan did have a turbo "E-series" engine in the previous, N12 generation Pulsar, the E15t. It had multi-port fuel injection and a lot of sensors, etc., and 7.8:1 compression. It made about 100 HP and are about as rare as hen's teeth, today! It would bolt right up to your transmission if you did find one, but then you would have the headache of the wiring and you would also need the ECM. I just remember them being a headache to diagnose when they had drivability problems "back in the day!"
