PLEASE help me where i can get COOLER OIL set. i have strong leak on my car.

COOLER OIL is located on the top of oilfilter. I went to nissan dealer and charging me over $ 400 + on thsi one..i got my Pulsar for ony $ 500 and im not willing to pay for that much money for old car.
