I have looked on the forums and found that this means it is most likely the voltage regulator on the back of the instrument panel.

My Question is - Is it possible to buy just the voltage regulator or do I have to find a whole new circut board for the back of panel?

When I looked at it, it does not look like the regulator comes off but I maight be mistaken.

If it does does anyone know where I could find a Regualtor?

The regulator is the silver square shaped thing and yes, it will come right out (may have 2 small screws in it, cant remember)

Visit a junkyard for a spare, or let me look around. I think I have a link here on how to make your own with simply parts from an electronics score.

The silver square on the back of the instra pannel has two clips one on each side. All that you have to do is pinch and pull. Someone figured out what regulator to replace it with it was a dollar or two. That was years ago. Nissan wants a good chuck of change. Good luck
