hey ne ideas on mods for a 180sx iv got a ca18det
planning on up grading to a sr20det black top latr in the future n want to transfure the mods over where possible

Keep the CA. It's just as, if not more capable as the SR. For the price of the SR, you could throw some money into suspension, exhaust, intake, and a front mount.

got ne ideas for some mods to up the kw? iv already started on an 2.5" exhaust n the next plan is the front mount!

Go with the front mount, then get a S15 garrett T28 BB turbo, boost controller and a nice managment system

what i want to do: in present i have some of the parts bought and i raise money for other, i wan tto install all of them once

SPEC stage 3 clutch kit around 350$
u will need a beter cluck then stock if u will incrase the engine power and u will race your car (even street race)

NGK BCPR6EIX-11 spark plugs around 7$ each

blitz turbo timer 130$ + harneses 20$
it make your engine life longer and it also display thee boos presure

300ZX Z32 AFM 100$ SH
600x300x100mm front mount intercooler
with all intake pipes done with 80mm diameter
i'm waiting for a price this mounth

exhaust i understood 3" is good, but because i canot shape 3" pipe (~80mm) i'll make my exhaust from 2x40mm pipe 300$

and also usee al the boost abailable from the stock turbo - free

this is what i want to do as stage 1 mods on my 200SX CA18DET, and i expect a litle more then 200HP


as an extrem mod, i saw that some people rebuil theyr CA18DET and from 1809 cmc they made a almost 2000cmc engine, but this requier some work, money, and to be done by someone who kno what he is doing

zimmerman - get yourself a T28 from an S15, largish FMIC, a z32 or S15 AFM, S15 injectors, bosche 040 fuel pump, bleed valve or EBC, ecu retune from badbiki or a local shop and you will be between 250 and 280 rwhp and have a dirty great smile on your face.

how many kw wud that be? im lookin for bot 170-190.
hehe i wana drag off mi bro's skyline, its a r32 coupe making 205rwk

you would absolutely spank it. 280hp is about 210kw. That combined with much better power to weight makes yours faster.

wots ur knowledge on the t26 and the t28? wot iv heard is that the t28 spools up slower n has more lag between shifts! is the t26 better?
