Just thought I would post today, since I just realized I bought my pathfinder exactly 1 year ago today. I am proud to say that in her first year with me I have spent a total of $160 not counting a few oil changes. I've got a 98 Mahogony SE/4wd automatic and the only things that were replaced were the battery end cables($10) because they were stripped and would not tighten and the front left axle boot ($150) because I found a huge rip in the boot. I bought the car from the original owner with 171k on it. I've put nearly 12k more on her and everything still works like it did brand new.

Well hope this makes some of you older Pathfinders happy!

I bought my 96 LE 4wd exactly one year ago and I wasn't as lucky as you with the spending. Pasting my maintenance log here for your consideration.

Maintenance details $Price
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Front and rear differential oil changed. $123.05
Replaced: Timing belt, water pump, 2 lower O2 sensors, knock sensor $898.80
Brake pads changed to Duralast Gold $42.80 + $40(pads)
Fog lights installed $45.00
Rear differential replaced $1400
Front wheel alignment done $102
New radiator $120
New front struts, wheel alignment, steering gear bushings, wheels switched front to back $550 + $160 (parts)

Total around $3500 in one year. Still loving it as it's working fine now.
