I have a 07 altima 2.5 with 187k miles, few days ago this started happening, when I start the car it runs very rough and cuts off I can start it again and it runs a little rough then it's fine drives and runs fine I'm not sure what the issue could be it doesn't have fault codes. Rpms jump and seems like it's cutting out bad but after the 2nd time I start it it runs fine doesn't cut out while driving or any issues after the 2nd start.

Update... I changed the fuel pump same thing, I did finally get a check engine light it said multiple misfire plugs aren't that old maybe 30k on them if that and replaced coil packs a few years ago for the 2nd time.
