I have a 07 altima 2.5 with 187k miles, few days ago this started happening, when I start the car it runs very rough and cuts off I can start it again and it runs a little rough then it's fine drives and runs fine I'm not sure what the issue could be it doesn't have fault codes. Rpms jump and seems like it's cutting out bad but after the 2nd time I start it it runs fine doesn't cut out while driving or any issues after the 2nd start.

Might be a sticky fuel pump taking a little while to spin up proper pressure, or a bad fuel pump check valve letting the rail siphon back into the tank. Put a mechanical pressure gauge on it, as I recall the service limit is 51 psi. It should shoot to full pressure almost instantly and hold for quite awhile. If the pressure comes up slowly or falls off quickly then the pump has a problem.
