Anyone find a way to to clean out or block dirt from the hollow space in the lower front corners, right below the door hinge? It's too tight for a vacuum, and it's a pain!

i got a 97 with something that sounds like what you got on your 04

i removed the mud flaps and sprayed it out with a hose
might not work so well for you, but that's what I did

what about expanding foam...downside is it comes in a large can

there is also the round foam insulation that you use to take up space aroun the outside of door thresholds...it is next to the foam weather stipping.

the only other material that might work is a plastic of some kind...something that doesnt retain moisture...or, what about a balloon?
