[03Altima]

Got a 03 2.5, been havin a problem. Everytime I crank the car the wipers go on. Once it turns over the wipers are off but yet they still work fine. In the morning the car has a hard time turning over and while Im cranking it the wipers are goin up and down until it finally turns over then they stop, sometimes I do have to jump it though. Ive checked the battery, alternator, and ground wire all are fine. Anyone got any idea of what it could be. Someone did tell me that the relay for the wipers could be stuck but wouldnt that cause the wipers to be on all the time? Thanks in advance.
