I have a bit of weight removed(tire, jack) but have sub box in trunk. Anyway im running on average 10.5 seconds, Is this a decent time for my car 10.2 is the fastest.

Yeah i have a post on the forum about "power timing"

with an automatic you block the wheels loosen the distributor the one person sits inside with there put on the brake and gas and rev until the torque convertor kicks in around 2500 rpm. Hold the rpm while the other turns the cap till it pings then turn back when it stops thats the most advanced timing u can get. When we finished we checked the timing and it was 20 degrees.
