light weight 15% under-drive crank pulleys

im in the process of setting up a small turnover of performance/tuning parts , im an engineer ( cnc programmer/machinist ) by trade and have access to some very advanced machinery at work
my first production run is crank pulleys , ive got ten to sell to start with , 5 GA and 5 SR20DE , theyre almost done and pics + weight etc will follow shortly , at this number im looking at £100 each if i can arrange a larger number i can bring cost down , ideally 20+
obviously pics are needed , ive got orders for most of the ten so will hopefully have some feedback will be able to back up my pics as soon as theyre finished
im going to be doing other pulleys too , all i need is a stock pulley sample to obtain dimensions etc
i also have an ongoing project for a high performance throttle body coming together soon if that interests anybody ?
thanks in advance . jay

Im interested in a GA pulley. Where abouts you based seen as your after 100 pounds not dollars? You based in the UK. Will you be able to spin the pulleys up and check the balance of them?

hiya , yes im in the uk they are £100 gbp not sure on the exchange rate ? theyre a little delayed should be done this week hopefully , i think i have one ga spare , most of the others are spoken for , as for ballencing they will be perfectly balanced as they are machined in one continous procedure from one solid billet , i will let you know by the end of the week iff any are left from this set , if not i will reserve you one from the next batch . thanks . jay

finally picked these up today sorry for the delays
for anyone who doesnt know theyre very simular to the UR pulleys > 15% diameter reduction aswell as massive weight reduction both of which free up bhp !
made from t6061 aerospace spec alloy
timing marks to go on this weekend this will be done before any pulley is despatched !

i have 7 for the sr20de and 3 for the 16ga , i have promised a few to a few members but not sure of who so if you could re-confirm that would be great

paypal or postal orders or cheques accepted

£100 free p&p to uk

thanks
