1st Read and Study the Owner's Manual on Towing. Maximum Frontal Area, Tongue Weight, etc. Remember You are Towing the Weight of the Trailer + the Load Weight.
A lot of Variable Factor's come into play when Towing; Trailer Frontal Area, Hill's, Head Wind, Cross Wind, etc. Trailer type make's a Huge Difference whether it is an Open utility Trailer or an Enclosed Trailer With a lot of Frontal Area. Wind Resistance is a Huge Factor when Towing.
Be sure to follow the Break in Advice in the Owner's Manual; For My '13 Towing, it is 50mph maximum for the 1st 500 mile's, and there is a Break-in for the 1st 1200 mile's as well. If in doubt, or to Play It Safe, disingage the Over Drive to save your Transmission and Engine. After the Break-in, with the OV Disingaged try not to exceed 65mph. If you want your Truck to have long Durability,, Don't be in a Hurry.
My Best Advice is to Read and Study the Owner's Manual,, and Talk with Your Nissan Master Tech/ Service Manager to get their Perspective and Advice.
