Intake manifold hose

Hello,
I need help identifying a couple of hoses that I had to remove in the bad way from the back of the upper intake manifold. One is about 4 inched long and has a 90 degree elbow in it. The other two are on the drivers side of the manifold and are right next to each other I this one is for the PVC? Both look to be specifically molded. I can't for the life of me find any diagrams to help me out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Please specify the year, model, and engine type. Because of generation changes, placement of some components change.

Of course, that info would help. Sorry. Its a 2001 Frontier Crew Cab SE 3.3l V6. Not super charged. Unsure on exact engine number. Thanks for replying.
