2008 Nissan Altima Airbag Problems

I'm trying to figure out why the scanner read that both drivers and passenger side airbags were disconnected. I did look at the drivers side airbag and it looks like this, and connections are intact on the other side. If my airbags are intact, then why is the scanner telling me the drivers and passenger side airbags are disconnected?
