2013 Altima s
Was wondering if anyone on here can help me. About a month ago I was driving and my rear brake lights were staying on. I replaced the brake light switch by the brake pedal and they turned off right away. However I drove about two blocks later and the person behind me that was following me said they were stuck on again. So I had that person follow me home. On my way home my front brakes starting to lock up. Got to the point where they were smoking and I had to pull over and let them cool down for a half hour and inch my way home stopping multiple times. So when I got home I checked in my passenger front brake caliper was seized up. So I ended up changing both front calipers pads and rotors. Needed the brake change anyways. Also change the front drivers side wheel hub. Put it all back together and thought I would be good to go. Drove to the auto parts store to take back the caliper core and on my way there my front brakes started to lock up again. Also my traction control light was on. Made it home and let the car sit there for about 12 hours. started the car back up and it wouldn't budhe brakes were still locked up. I then unclipped the brake switch from it's little holster along with the cruise control switch. I kept the wire harness connected the so the switches were just dangling. With the buttons on the switches pushed out. Started the car up and the brakes were free. Slip indicator light came on right away though and I drove it up the street and every once in awhile the brake light on the dash would pop up. That is where I am at now. Sorry for the long explanation and sorry if this isn't the right forum i am new here. Yes there is brake fluid or at least there is when I check it. I've read it could be the ABS sensors $200 a piece.
