ok so its a 2+2 TT auto...........not bad but the auto TT's only have 280 hp not 300 like the sticks do but its not a bad choice.......it has the Hicas 4-wheel steering which is sweet.........i don't know how much it is in US dollars but it sounds pretty sweet except for the auto and the 2+2 but it looks nice

So this must be some JDM thing. We (meaning the U.S.) never got a 2+2 TT. Congrats, you have one of the rarest cars on this side of the world.

Just spoke with this guy at the dealership and he said the 300 IS NOT A TURBO. Yet the bumper says twin turbo (keep in mind that the sticker was ripped off) and he says that the tranny is having troubles! Nissan said they don't make parts for the 1991 model anymore so i have to upgrade and upgrade the computer to a newer version...this will cost me about $3500+ so the guy said that I can have it for like $8000.......so should i still buy if i get it for $8000 and fix it my self? should i ask for a better price? should i just look for a different car? oh and is there a way to know if the 300zx is a Turbo or a NA by just looking at the engine bay? I WILL NOT BUY THIS CAR IF THERE IS NO TURBOS!

Thanks in advance!

You should've checked the engine if you thought it might have been a Twin turbo. sorry

Well, there will be more piping under the hood, for one. On the NA cars, there is only the pipes going from the engine to the front of the car. I beleive on the NA cars there is only a single MAF also. The TT cars should have 2. On the TT cars there will be pipes going from the engine to the front lower down from the turbos, and coming back to the intakes up high. There should also be 2 intercoolers.
