tension rod bushings....

Like many Z32s my tension rod bushings need to be replaced, just wondering what you guys thought about the Energy Suspension polyurethane replacements. I have heard stories about them being too rigid and actually breaking the lower control arms. When I went to Courtesy Nissan and talked to Butch he recommended them over the NISMO bushings because the NISMO were just above stock in construction. And what is your take on the adjustable tension rods? I have seen many different makes of them i.e. TEIN, NISMO and some generic ones like Courtesy sells.
