I know Dodge Stealth and 3000GT are mechanically identical, but I seriously doubt that the Nissan VG30 is made by Mitsu. She says that it says "Mitsubishi" somewhere on the engine itself, I was thinking maybe the starter or the alternator might be manufactured by Mitsubishi but not the engine itself.

Any solid documentation? I was really suprised when she told me this since I am a big nissan fan.
