Just bought a 1993 300ZXTT. First thing I would look for is timing belt replacement. Make sure the owner has some kind of documentation that proves this. Another thing is the power steering lines tend to leak and is a common problem so make sure it doesn't leak. Transmission grinding is another common problem on the 90-96 300ZX Turbos (I think). Others things are the usual stuff: clean title, no accidents, runs and drives great, clean interior/exterior, low mileage, etc. I would recommend a 91+ 300ZX because some 90 models have their head drilled wrong and causes hesistation as well as other minor fixes that have been dealt with in the later years. Good luck.
