Angry '91 300ZX clutch problem

I have a '91 300ZX that has clutch problems. The clutch assembly, flywheel and both master and slave cylinders have been replaced. After 20 minutes or so of the engine running, the clutch is inoperable. I push the clutch in, put the transmission in ANY gear, let the clutch out and nothing. Also, I can go through all five gears and reverse without pushing in the clutch. The boys at the transmission shop are stumped, as am I. Any help???

Did they put the right flywheel, disk, and pressure plate in and are they sure they put the disk in facing the right way or everything is lined up and torqued correctly? It sounds as though the disk has just enough pressure when it is cold to operate seemingly normal and when it warms up it is just slipping in between the flywheel and the pressure plate. I'm sure they hate to do it but they should pull it back apart and double check part nos., clearances, and thicknesses. It happens where a part is misboxed, incorrectly ordered, or installed improperly. Nonetheless they can't fix anything by just thinking about it.
