Did they put the right flywheel, disk, and pressure plate in and are they sure they put the disk in facing the right way or everything is lined up and torqued correctly? It sounds as though the disk has just enough pressure when it is cold to operate seemingly normal and when it warms up it is just slipping in between the flywheel and the pressure plate. I'm sure they hate to do it but they should pull it back apart and double check part nos., clearances, and thicknesses. It happens where a part is misboxed, incorrectly ordered, or installed improperly. Nonetheless they can't fix anything by just thinking about it.
