Starting/factory alarm problem...plz help

Hey, I own a 1992 300zx 2+2 and i'm having a problem. Well first off my car has some kind of parasitic draw on the battery and if it goes 3-4 days or more without starting the battery dies. So the other day i had jumped it and went to the gas station to get gas and like an idiot i shut the car off at the pump after just being jumped so it would not start. When i tried starting it the horn started going off on its own and i couldnt stop it. I think it was the alarm cuz my regular horn still worked and was a seperate sound. When i pressed the left horn button on the streering wheel it would sound and when i pressed the right horn button it wouldnt sound and it also stopped the alarm horn. After a few mins the horn stopped sounding. My friend came to gimme a jump and i connected the cables to his car first and then mine. When i had made the last connection to my car the horn chirped. I jumped the car and drove it home no problems. For the next 2 days i started it everyday and let it run for 10 mins so the battery wouldnt drain and on the 3rd day i took it out for a little while. I went somewhere to eat and parked the car no problems. After eating i got in the car no problems and drove my friend home. As i pulled on his block the horn started going off on its own again and my friend was freaking out because of his neighbors and the time of night it was and i didnt know how to get it to stop honking and he suggested shutting the car off. Knowing this wouldnt fix the problem since it was going off with the car off at gas station i proceeded to shut it off anyway just to shut him up. The horn kept going and now the car wont start! Its not cranking or anything. I got the alarm to shut off by manually releasing the shift lock(automatic) and puttting the car into gear. I havent tried locking and unlocking the doors with my key and then starting it yet because the car isnt in front of my house, its in front of my friends. My question is does anyone know why this is happening? Is my alarm system shorted? Is thats whats causing the parasitic draw? Is there a way to disengage the factory alarm permantly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thank You

not that i know of...i bought the car 4 years ago and its the first time im ever hearing any kind of alarm unless its just the regular horn going off. i dont know if the kid before me installed an aftermarket. my car has some electrical issues so that may be playing a part. i went to thru a deep pubble of water last year and since then when i hit the brake a red light displaying a headlight looking symbol lights up. it lights up everytime i hit the brake. idk what that has to do with anything just thought id throw it out there.

It sound like you got a bad ground some where. If you got the time you should start cleaning every connector under the hood and go from there. I would start where you thinking the water line starts at and go from there.
