93 Nissan 300zx twin turbo automatic not start in neutral

Hi,

Why would my 93 Nissan 300zx twin turbo automatic not start until I change gear from neutral to park and open a hood?

I know it is a stupid question, but my car is doing that from yesterday evening. Could it be a problem with Immobiliser?
