I have a weird idle problem...

Ok, I'm not upset with my choice, but it has some problems.
It doesn't seem to want to idle where its suppose to when warmed up it stays around 1200-1500 rpms. Cannot adjust the idle any lower. When I drive it, it seems fine, but when i am coming to a stop, the idle bounces like its gonna die then jumps up to over a 1000 rpms. It does this for less than a min then all is good.
I think I may just have a huge vacuum leak, but I'm open to any ideas
What I have already done:
Cleaned the the ficd and aac valve, both are in proper reading and work just fine, cleaned throttle body, tested air regulator, tested and adjusted tps, all cylinders are firing, fixed some hoses.
What have not had a chance to do yet:
PCV valve(yeah those look like fun to get to), egr, recheck the timing.
I did squeeze the hose that comes from the intake right before the IAA and i did see a drop in idle, but still did the bouncing idle when i drove it. Any Ideas if very welcomed.

Did you touch your Z prior to having problems? Have you checked to make sure you O2's are working?

I bought it that way, i was kinda thinking it was the o2 sensors, so they are in the plan to be changed. Also when I tested the tps, it tested fine when I adjusted it, but with the throttle open, it never touched 4.0v. The highest I got was 3.2 wide open throttle when adjusted to .47. So thats gonna get changed along with the pcv valves and Engine coolant sensor. I did test the vacuum, when it did idleat around 1000rpms, the vacuum stayed pretty steady at 15sqin. Ill keep everyone posted about the changes when this does eventually get changed.
Thanks sponge for the reply, its great to finally be apart of the community and to finally own a 300zx.

Alright, I fixed a few things but ultimitely I found the problem. O2 sensors are changed, those are not fun, pcv valves, and various little things here and there. One of the throttle bodies was slightly open, apparently someone thought that was a good idea. Another huge issue was the the pcv valve on the drivers side, the metal tube that goes into the plenum from the valves hose, somehow was not there. That got fixed so now the vacuum leaks are all taken care of, the idle is still a little high, close to 900, but I think thats because the guy that owned before me put some aftermarket gauge cover or whatever they are called, I think its a little off.
The only weird problem is the throttle position sensor, I set it to the .45v, and it ran fine but it made the transmission shifft very bad, so when i dropped it down to .35v, it runs pretty near perfect, given the age and it probably really need a tune up and the timing checked. I did happen to notice that there is a loud ticking from cylinder 4, Im thinking its the injector, or even cause the oil is low. Ill figure that out soon.
Just another question, does anyone know what the vacuum should be when you hook a guage to the lines?
