If you knew some one who knows something about that motor or any 300zx's they could probably get the head off in. . . 20 - 30 minutes.
And if you knew how to take a motor out you could get it out with the harness and what not anywhere from 1 - 2 hours.

And I think it depends if you can swap it, I know little to nothing about the 300zx's engines. But I'd assume if it was a stock vg30DETT and you wanted to Swap it with a vg30de, you might have to change the intake, and the headers, but I'm not too sure..
It should be 130 psi (bottom of the chart).

Actually it's 186psi max to 142 psi min. and a difference of 14psi per bank. (dry)
