I just got a 1991 300zx with a 94 VG30DE installed and all of the work was performed. however i have a feeling the timing is off, and i have a question about the seats i have, there are Dodge SRT-4 seats installed and i need to know if i can put a 4- point harness on a seat with out the holes in the head rest area? or do i need to find a 3- point racing harness? the factory 300zx seat belt do not latch to these buckles and i love these seats alot. please assist me, oh and the timing issue where is the Crank sensor it says i need to adjust it but the only thing i have found that can be adjusted is the weird thing in front of one of the timing gears to the right of the engine is that what i need to adjust, and how far above and below can i go for perfect idle?

Reason: add a pic
You need a timing light to do a timing change. If not you guessing and most likely with detonate our richen your engine. The VG30 is a strong engine but if you screw it up it will cost you a lot of heart ach and money to fix. If you're going to do it, do it right the first time with the right tools.
ok there were a few things a 13 engine code but i know why that is cause the sensor is unplugged cause i have electric fans and the stay on while the engine is running but this other code and another thing is kind of weird.
34 Detonation Sensor circuit The detonation sensor circuit is open or shorted (abnormally high or low voltage is registered). Harness and connector
Detonation sensor
and i was reading "NOTE: Light indicates signal from sensor to ecu. ON=rich, Off=lean. Blinking light means system is constantly adjusting between lean and rich which is normal. Any other indication would be abnormal and require further investigation. The switched on/off is 'closed loop', while a constant on or off is 'open loop"
in the instructions and well when the engine is off but in the on position the light is on, and then when the engine is started the light is off but doesnt go back and forth so that means my engine is running lean, how do i fix these two problems?
Code 13. Clean the connector to the coolant sensor. You can use a dental pick, sand paper. If this doesn't work remove the sensor and clean thoroughly.
Code 34. On our cars that have high mileage it's not uncommen for that sensor to go bad. First try and clean the connector and if that doesn't work there is a by pass you can use to delete the detonation sensor since it's a PITA to replace while the engine is in the car.
