Question Headlights

My headlights stop working on a 92 300zx TT. My father has the same car. I tested the following by disconnecting them from my car and attached them to his car with individual testing. They all worked on his Z.

1. HL bulbs (L&R) under the hood
2. HL sensor relays (L&R) under the hood
3. L & R fuse under the hood
4. HL switch dial by the hat's inside

I reviewed the owner's manual last night and saw that there is 3 fuses, dimmer relay and ground wire from the fuse box under the hood in the diagram.

I tested the fuses with a test and got all beeps. Please advise.
