Need 300zx trouble shooting HELP 1993 2+2

I have a few items I need to fix on my 1993 300zx 2+2.
1) Cruise control light comes on but never kicks in.
2) Front and rear washer fluid does not come out for the windows.

How can I trouble shoot?
Are these related in any way?

1)Check to make sure the cruise control switch works.
2) Make sure the fluid is fulled up? Do you hear the motor running when activating it?

Every thing on the switch lights up looks like should work but never goes.

The fluid is 100% full, I do not hear the pump. ???

Being neither front nor back works I guessed maybe a relay..?

You'll have to pull the switch and test with a Ohm reader. As for the pump you need to make sure there is a clean connection.

The relay's are located near the drivers top strut under the hood. The fuse is located on the drivers side kick panel.
