Hello everybody,

Its been a while my Fairlady drives good almost 1/2 a year no problem , but last night

power steering breaks .it was very hard to turn in both ways . borrowed another car for

work today.

Question , can I just remove the power steering belt and drive untill the parts

arrived , is it safe to use it this way or I may be destroying some other parts while

driving ?

Are you sure the belt isn't broken right now? Could be a massive fluid loss, but you'd hear the P.S. pump after it ran low on fluid. I'd say its more typical for the belt to break on these cars..
