COLD AIR INTAKE

quick question for all the 300ZX owners. I have a 1990 model and was going to throw a cold air intake in it. Which should i go for... a K&N or AEM??

JWT cone intake. there's only one place for the intake filter to go. the intake is "cold air" from the factory.
