How to change 1990 2+2 300ZX Door Glass & other questions

A shop near here messed up my current door glass when trying to replace my driver's side window regulator arm. They broke off the clips at the bottom of the window. I got a replacement glass with the clips back on it, but I have no clue how to get the window guide clips back onto the glass clips with the "screw" in them. Also, it seems to be a pain to get the window out in general. Could anyone tell me the method of changing out the driver's side door glass ? Or does anyone know anyone in the Dallas area that would do the work for cheap ? My schedule hasn't allowed much free time lately for car work myself. That's the first thing I'm working on.

Second, anyone know anybody that can replace the cam seal on this car relatively cheap (I know it's not "cheap" in general, but cheaper than the dealership) ? It's leaking pretty bad now.

Lastly. Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the factory Z32 brakes and the Skyline upgraded brakes ? Someone told me this car has the Skyline upgrade on it already, so I'm curious if it is or not.

I'll answer the 2nd and 3rd questions.

2nd) If your going to change out the cam seals do a full 60 or 120K tune up then you won't have to tear it down again in 2 months and spend more money and time. Remember this car is expensive to up keep and one way to keep the cost done is to do it right he first time.

3rd) R33 brakes have a directional vein running down the center of the rotor and is slightly lager then the Z32 rotor. The caliper of the R33 is powder coated black and the Z32 is not.

If you have the tools (Basic) and are some what mechanically inclined then do it!

Here is link for what a 120K is.

I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, but short on tools and time. Especially time. Have one mechanic offering to do the cam seal/timing belt for $500 labor. I'm going to see how much extra he would charge to just go ahead and do the full 120K

Is there any online resource to show or walkthrough the labor steps ? Would be worth saving the money if it's something I could do. Not to mention, I want to learn more about working on this car. I have a factory service manual (the PDF one going around), but it sucks in the way of telling you what needs to be done. Just sorta shows a diagram.
