Unhappy power window problem

i have a 1991 300zx my diver side window goes down by itself but it will not go up ,i have to reverse the connection between the motor and power window amp(that what the wire diagram calls it a power window amp )just to get it up and dissconect it .the pass side works.i wonder if you can help me i want to know if is the motor or the power window amp that went out .the swicth works fine

Swap them and tell us what happens. If no change it might be a wire or a connection. Z
