my cars power isnt right or something because the lights all work and everything but when i go so turn the key to start it everything just goes dead and all the lights shut off and the car wont crank over but if i open my door and slam it all the lights come back on. anyone know whats wrong?

Don't know what's wrong, but check your battery and connections.

Yeah, I would definitely check the main battery connections. Seems like the ground is bad and when jar the battery (via door slamming) it connects it again. If not that then maybe you have a gremlin somewhere....

alright thanks... that was exactly the problem with it and now its fine.. my uncle suggested getting new battery cables also

Good work, glad you found the problem. New cables would be a good idea in my opinion. Z
