Installing gauges

So I got some new gauges for my Z. i.e. Exhaust Temperature Gauge, Transmission Temp, Boost, Air Fuel. I was wondering if any one knows how to install them because I have no clue how to wire them. It's a 1990 300zx TT and I need to find where the ignition is in the engine and also the trans fluid pan. also if anyone knows what size a 18npt drill bit is because i need to drill a hole for the exhaust temperature gauge in the manifold.

thanks

Exhaust Temperature - Drill into your exhaust about 1' away from the exhaust manifold and tap the probe in. Idea location would be in the exhaust manifold but that requires disassemble.

Transmission Temp - You can add a T connector in the line going into the oil cooler.

Boost - Add a T connector in the vacuum line to the manifold.

Air Fuel - Drill about a 1' away from the exhaust manifold and tap in the probe.

Good luck.

Do you have a manual or auto tranny?

If its a stick there is no line to the oil cooler, only on autos. I saw someone somewhere that modified the oil drain pkug (engine) and installed the temp sensor there. I know you might have to drill the magnet on the tranny plug, but it could work...
