Well you can either get a laptop and get the software and hook it up on your computer. Or take it to a shop and they will put a computer to it.

Just take it to autozone or any of those kinds of stores. Won't they run a check for free?

My husband has a dyno and he can do stuff like that but I also know on all the cars I have owned if you pull out the computer it will flash codes you need to find a web site that will tell you what these codes mean some cars the check engine like is what flashes. Some times it a loose wire or something minor that broke. I live in utah to bad you live kinda far or I would totally tell you to come down an we could hook it up tp our machine!!!1
Good luck!

it will help you identify what the cause could be.
"7. Read the codes from the flashing LED on the side of the ECU (or the check engine light). Long flash is first digit, short flash is 2nd digit, the codes are..."
they even give you an indication of what "Will cause the Check Engine light to come on under normal (MODE I) operating conditions."

ok so I did the ECU diagnostic the number I got was a 51. So does anyone know what i should do next?
51: Injector Circuit. Injector Circuit is open . Harness and connector injectors
And should that cause the engine to sound diffferent? And also could this be the result of me putting the injector cleaner in it a While back?

Your injector is bad. You need to replace it. Do you know which one is bad?

i don't know the actual process, but i know that you can use an ohm meter to test them.
this should give you some help in knowing what your readings should be.
