our MAF reads "mass (grams)" not "volume (CFM)".
if you're talking about a non-turbo then everything will be able to keep up.
if you're talking about a turbo, increasing horsepower requires a change in:
(1) injectors (300hp+)
(2) dual POP (or dual MAF) (450hp+ ??)
(3) fuel pump (700hp+)
i'm not entirely sure of the numbers but you get my drift.
it should be the same for the non-turbo but it can never reach those HP numbers (without nitrous).
sorry if i didn't really answer your question.
